The Police Department lobby is open to the public Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and closed on City-observed holidays.

Submit a non-urgent tip here. We cannot accept a call for service through our tip line, and it is not monitored 24/7 or by dispatch.

Directions to Fremont Police Department on Google.

The Fremont Police Station is located on Stevenson Blvd near the Fremont main library, and is within a short distance from the Fremont BART Station.

The Detention Facility (Fremont Jail), Training Center, Property, and the Tri-City Animal Shelter are located in separate buildings behind the Police station.

Property: 1980 Stevenson Blvd
- Please note Property is located behind the main Police Department Building, and not across the street. If you use Google Maps, it will mistakenly take you across the street. Google has yet to fix this error.
Tri-City Animal Shelter: 1950 Stevenson Blvd

Free public parking is available at the front of the Police Station, at the side of the Police Station near jail and the dog park, and at the Tri-City Animal Shelter while on business at the Fremont Police Department. Violators will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
